Overview
Top Pic’s custom booking platform supports the full lifecycle of a photo booth event, from a customer’s first inquiry through approval, deposit payment, contract completion, event design, staffing, reminders, and final operations.
Problem
Running events across disconnected forms, spreadsheets, messages, invoices, calendars, and staff conversations creates duplicate work and makes it harder to see the true status of each booking. Top Pic needed one operational system without replacing the marketing site its customers already knew.
Solution
The finished platform provides a branded multi-step inquiry flow, owner review and booking management, Square deposits and invoices, automated contract updates through Tally, Google Workspace integrations, secure customer booking pages, inventory checks, event-design collection, employee scheduling and timesheets, and two-way SMS communication.
My Contribution
I designed and developed the application architecture, public inquiry and secure booking flows, administrative tools, employee portal, inventory and staffing workflows, and the integrations that connect the system to the services the business already uses.
